My Review of the Eureka PowerSpeed Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
I recently purchased the Eureka PowerSpeed Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner and I must say, I am impressed. This vacuum delivers a powerful deep clean while being lightweight and portable. The 10 lbs weight makes it easy to maneuver around the house.
One of the best features of this vacuum is its versatility. With 5 height adjustment settings, it can easily transition between hard floors and deep carpets without losing suction power. Great vacuum cleaner for a low price. It amazes me how much dust and hair come up weekly, and I dust mop in between! The only drawback is it’s very loud so you might want to wear earplugs.
This vacuum is so powerful you literally cannot vacuum a rug by yourself. Gotta have two people holding down every corner and even that is still hard to do. Best purchase
Vacuums have become pricy. Or at the very least there are a lot of over priced vacuums on the market. This isn’t one of those over priced ones.
This is a basic vac that does the job. We use this on the downstairs floor and it’s a mix of carpet and tile. It works great on both to suck up cat hair and other dust and debris. It seems to have no issues with cat hair which is by far our biggest concern. Cord is plenty long and while it does come with two attachments, the hose is really too short for them to be useful for furniture. But the hose is long enough to use for the steps. The hose would be nicer if an extension for the hose was provided that added about twice the length to the hose.
The waste container detaches and dumps very easily and then reattaches flawlessly. No complaints.
All in all this was a good purchase and I would recommend it for a small to medium size home.
Great for pet hair. I have a medium hair cat that sheds a lot and this picks up fur on the carpet — almost filled the cannister with fur the first time I used it. I have a little less success with the upholstery attachment. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. It took me a few times to understand how to clean out the canister and filter. Main complaint is the loud, high-pitched noise — but the suction makes the job so quick that I’m able to tolerate the sound for a brief period. Overall a good price for what I get.
Replaces 5+ yr old model. Excellent value. Praise worthy design. But: wheels wore out, splaying, making it hard to push. Height adjustment mechanism also wore out, cheap plastic! Does good job and for a great price. Thanks to GoodWill won’t immediately go to landfill while still working.
Lo único es que ya llevo 3 con esta, sacan hasta el alma en las alfombras, eso me encanta, y más que tengo un peroo y 3 gatos y pelos hay hasta donde no se imaginan, así que casi diario lo tengo que hacer, lo que si es que salen ya muy delicadas, cuidado si te salen piedras, fierros como algún tornillo, o algo parecido porque es cuando el motor empieza a dañarse y no hay manera de arreglarlas, las hacen casi casi desechables, es una pena porque Eureka por años ha tenido fama de muy buenas aspiradoras, solo cuidenla mucho no es para uso rudo.

This vacuum is VERY loud. It clogs easily with pet hair, so constantly stopping to clean out the upper canister. Works well if all you plan on doing is vacuuming the floor, hardwood or shag carpet. The hose and tools are a JOKE!! The hose end does not stay attached and awkward to use. The small roller tool has no power head so it does not turn if you put any pressure on it. Guess you get what you pay for.
This vacuum gets the job done for my 2 bedroom apartment. I have a parakeet who leaves a lot of feathers and seeds around her cage and this thing has no problem. When I first got it I realized how poorly my other vacuum was doing.

I’ve never purchased a vacuum online before, but I took a chance. Based on the reviews I went for it. I use it as a work vacuum and I am not disappointed. It’s very easy to manage, fairly light weight and has good power. I really like it.

Took awhile to figure out how everything went together – the pictures didn’t seem to exactly match the model I got (used). But great suction, l-o-n-g cord, and not noisy at all after my old upright H. (The dog even stayed on the couch.) Well-made with heavy plastics, easy to carry and maneuver. Handle lowers to get easily under coffee and end tables.
