Heading to totality with the family and bought these for viewing the progression. I tried them out on full sun and they seem to work. I like that they include a filter for taking pictures as well. The filter is large enough that it could even be used on our DSLR camera. There are a couple sets of creases that can be used for different size heads. They seem to work. The view through them is like looking through welding glasses.
Glad to have them. Can’t wait to use them to view the upcoming eclipse!

Several pairs for the price only to find out after I received, you could get free viewing glasses at any public library here in St. Louis🤦♀️oh well, I have them & distributed to family. Bring on the solar eclipse!
These met all requirements for seeing the eclipse! Test your glasses before using! In your house, put them on and you should see nothing but blackness. Next go out on a bright day and put them on BUT don’t look at the sun. Again, you should see blackness. Finally look for a second at the sun. You’ll see the sun but not brightly.
