Bought it, plugged it in, waiting, used it. Worked great. Suction is reasonable, tip is a bit small compared to old school dustbusters, but works. Never really used it for more than 5 minutes at a time. Recently, when I go to use it, the suction is low, the sound is low, basically sounds like a battery that is near dead. I’ve only had it for about six months. I need to contact vendor for support.
[Update]. Just finished with Black & Decker online Chat support. Told them problem, uploaded receipt, picture of vac and the stamped code and done. They told me to toss it and a new one is on the way in ” it may arrive within the next weeks”. Not sure what that means, but still positive customer support encounter.
I actually bought one of these a few years back, and I was so impressed that this is now my second purchase! The first one lasted really well and was a lifesaver for quick clean-ups. This newer version maintains the same efficiency and convenience that I loved before. It’s a reliable choice if you want a hassle-free handheld vacuum that gets the job done.
Nous avons acheté cette balayeuse à mains (modèle blanc) en début décembre 2021. Nous l’utilisons plusieurs fois par jour, tous les jours (chiens, chats, lapin, enfants, etc. dans la maison). Elle a aussi eu plusieurs chutes et survit très bien. Nous sommes très satisfaits, le seul bémol est que la “rallonge” du manche aspirateur est très raide et difficile à sortir/rentrer depuis le début. Nous n’avons eu aucun autre problème avec notre balayeuse jusqu’à tout récemment que la connexion au niveau de la base de recharge commence à être moins bonne, il faut jouer avec le fil pour que la connexion se fasse.
Aspire assez bien et se nettoie facilement.
JUST BUY IT! I know what you’re thinking, you don’t really need this. But trust me, you do! It makes cleaning small messes up so much easier. You don’t have to drag the huge vacuum up for a tiny mess.
And it surprisingly holds quite a bit before having to empty it. The battery life isn’t super long but it seems fine when you take into account the size of the vacuum.
I’m actually really impressed with the suction power on this little guy. It doesn’t stay charged for long and I wish it was a bit easier to clean out. Perhaps of more filters were included or a little brush to get the dirt out. Would be very helpful! It’s lightweight and convenient. Very glad I bought it especially considering it was affordable!

Wasn’t sure if this was going to have enough suction power, but it definitely does! The only small complaint that I have is you have to hold down the button the whole time. My thumb actually gets sore after a while!
The media could not be loaded.
I have four cats and four litter boxes in the basement and it’s always such a hassle to drag our big vacuum up and down the stairs. This is perfect for clean ups to keep the scattered litter to a minimum in between legit vacuuming.
It’s small enough to keep it on a table to grab quickly but put it back to charge.
A couple cons:
Emptying the unit is probably the most annoying aspect. It doesn’t snap on and off flawlessly. I feel you have to jimmy it in and off sometimes and it will feel “stuck”. I had to slap it a little to get it to snap back together and put a little effort on the detach button to get it apart. After than you take a filter out which I just smack against the side of the can to clean off and dump the content. Quite easy.
You do have to hold the button the whole time you are using it. It doesn’t switch on and off perpetually. I do not mind it but someone else might.
